The strategy is focused on the development of an intercity network of connections for the port to become a common space of the different urban centers.
The setting is important as it can be interpreted as the gateway from San Sebastian as it is the closest port to the city.
Considering that the port platform becomes obsolete by the new construction of a new Outer Harbor.
Assumed the starting point of the interpretation of that platform as a potential public space.
The urban strategy is proposed in the approach to the sea and adjacent urban areas by adding new uses and public facilities that serve as focal points for an immediate environment.
The project is situated in a broken area. There is no connection between the adjacent villages of the port with the port itself. A topographical barrier separate these villages in addition, there is a freeway and a train rail that make this problem harder to be solved.

The action focuses on a point strategic, trying to revive the area that will become a new kernel that will be the link, without competing with the city, where the metro and tram lines converge and where also joined the left margin and right, you always divided social and demographically.
the rowing club is located at the end of the old dam, surrounded by water the two main elevations are useful for the sport of rowing, one for professionals, and the other for the proposed recreational rowing club. Enhancing the public tour opening up the possibility of creating a street where cars pedestrian and bike access. The building creates public spaces to be, enjoy the views, part of the output of the estuary to the sea next to the bridge in Portugalete.

Urban intervention is regenerating the environment of the estuary near Sestao and turns it into an active place, with different possibilities and activities. This recovers the beach that one day there were, but giving them a character of pool flooded, in such a way that tides in the height of the River are up to 6 meters and the wave is non-existent, makes this environment for a few swimming pools perfect, also with tidal pools creates a changing landscape throughout the day

New uses attract new people and this is precisely the objective of our proposal. Valdebebas is a place devoid of infrastructure not only commercial but urban density. Looking at the big city is Madrid, we discovered a number of key points in terms of activity and urban development is concerned. However, these hotspots are not sufficient to centralize the use and activity, we need a second concept that gives meaning to our proposal: THE WHITE NIGHT.
In our proposal we define four neighborhoods characterized by its layout and urban image, fabric and the type of trade that takes place in them.
The characteristic points that are used as a reference: Fuencarral, Serrano Street, the Paseo del Prado and La Latina As we see, are very different areas together and that's what drives us to develop our business strategy.
The variety and density are the two key concepts to maintain sustainable growth.
The type of proposed trade in the whole plot is of the following types: Alternative-Sustainable Fashion, Technology, Temp, Food and Leisure-Restoration.
The different types of commerce come distributed more or less homogenous throughout the whole plot, allowing their accessibility from the complex.

The Bronx is a county of the State of New York and one of the five metropolitan boroughs (borough) of the city of New York. County and district have the same geographic boundaries. It is the North District and is the only one of the five which is not an island but on the Mainland. In 2009, the population was 1.397.831 habitantes.EL New York Botanical Garden (in English: New York Botanical Garden) is one of the first botanical gardens in the United States of America, located in the Borough of the Bronx in New York City. With an extension of a km², it houses 48 different gardens and plant collections. It was declared national historical heritage of the United States in 1967.

Icons give the city an identity, so the image of the Eiffel Tower is directly related to Paris, the  Big Ben  with London or the Empire State with New York. But Madrid does not have a single icon, why the idea of a network of buildings icon will make sense both for tourists, outdoor vision of the city, as for the inhabitants.



Tourists who visit come to Madrid Yes have an image which is representing Madrid, and is not unique, so it is important to distinguish between icon and icon monuments, what mean from the point of view of the tourist.
