The historical evolution of Sestao in the era of industrialization was a big change in population growth and therefore of building density, but the platform of the industry has not always been so, as over time the river has changed from being a few marshes to a beach up to the industry changes to the edge have been constant, therefore the draft it arises again a remodeling win back land to the sea but to give it to Sestao, which, with the industrial platform does not have a "front" facing to the waterfront.



The rowing club is located at the end of the old dam, surrounded by water the two main elevations are useful for the sport of rowing, one for professionals, and the other for the proposed recreational rowing club. The project structure can be divided into primary and secondary, on the one hand would be the interior space of the building, with the achievement of wooden porches and elements where they are supported, either dwarves or pillars of concrete, depending on the point of the porch is on the first floor or ground floor (dwarf) (pillar of concrete) in such a way that the succession of portals generate spacious for interior tours and the different hangars. The secondary structure would be the internal structure, its sole function is to sustain the intermediate floor, the first floor of solid concrete slab.
