The idea is to design a polyvalent building in which it will be posible to perform all subjects related to drama indrustry due to the creation of a great variety of areas. Those diaphanous rooms will be very useful if in the future, new requirements have to be met.

One of the main problems occurring in Sestao, is its lack of presence in the river, overshadowed by the aging of the platform. Industry that the project is carried out following a series of programmatic approach movements toward the edge, uses by providing previously unavailable in their own dock, a program that tries to compete with the people, but rather to add new uses public and privates. Y otherwise the project is literally split the industry, a radical strategy that based on the creation of islands separated by a set of flood waterlines.
One of the main features of Sestao is that it is an industrial town, and as such the growth of the urban fabric has always been at the same time of the appearance of the industry, and many times from this. This industry is one of the important factors in the growth of one of its most important facets in its identity in the region.
The supercontinent Pangea formed by the union of all the current continents are believed to exist during the Paleozoic, and Mesozoic eras, before the continents were separated by composing the movement of tectonic plates and conform its current configuration.
