The project structure can be divided into primary and secondary, on the one hand would be the interior space of the building, with the achievement of wooden porches and elements where they are supported, either dwarves or pillars of concrete, depending on the point of the porch is on the first floor or ground floor (dwarf) (pillar of concrete) in such a way that the succession of portals generate spacious for interior tours and the different hangars. The secondary structure would be the internal structure, its sole function is to sustain the intermediate floor, the first floor of solid concrete slab.

The building is intended to enhance the conditions of public space and not stand in the way to the sea. Therefore it rises from the ground plane. Pretending that the building does not stand on a forest of pillars, I create big concrete frames that support the whole building. These big concrete pillars every 30m will be the only contact with the ground. That hanged structure has been designed in order to get the inner space as much diaphanous as possible , that's why we need such a reticular scheme formed by Vierendeel beams frames.
